Deuteronomy 15:10 "Give generously to him and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to."
We can only give unconditionally if God lives in our hearts. Giving is an act of overflowing joy and thanksgiving for what God has done in our life. Read your Bible and Pray consistently for God's anointing.
