Philippians 2:3 "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves."
God has showed us the example how to value others above ourselves. If we want to do something for others it should be out of genuine concern and love as God has taught us to love others and not because we want something in return. Read the Bible for more of God's instructions and example for daily living then Pray sincere for God's leading as you follow His directions.
