1 Corinthians 3:16 "Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?"
Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and we should take extra care not to destroy it in any manner. Feed it with God's words in the Bible and bathe it in sincere Prayers so that you can be delivered from the arrows of the enemy.
