1 Timothy 2:5 "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
There is no other way to come to the Father but through His beloved Son, Jesus Christ. No matter how sinful we are Jesus Christ would hear our Prayers and God would be pleased if we would always talk to Him. Read your Bible for more of God's saving grace.
