Worship takes place when we bow before God, when we physically get down on our knees before Him. Even bowing our spirit in submmission to His Holy Spirit is an act of reverence and therefore an act of worship.
Psalm 95:6 "Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker."
