The Western world has moved away from Christianity, but we have not reverted to paganism. We have "progressed" to secularism. We did not move back to the old morality. We moved on to no morality at all.
Romans 1:28 "Even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting."
